We'll be running for our 2nd marathon this year, this coming Saturday, for 10KM je cukup lah kan. Coz belum otai lagi dalam bidang marathon ni. hihihi. Our first ever marathon was Putrajaya Night Run, we ran for 7.7KM. Puas hati gila bile peluh melimpah2. Perasan konon2 nye lemak2 degil dah pecah sket2 lah kan, dgn harapan leh lah mengurus cepat before nak tempah baju and nak kawin ni. Sbb before nak masuk marathon mestilah buat training sket2, so macam terpaksa lah kan diri ni utk jogging especially every weekends, weekdays tgk keadaan if sempat pas balik kerja. So far, pas dah get use to jogging and running, no more/kurang sakit2 kaki lagi, bile run lama2. Alhamdulillah.
10KM <= 1 and half hour - will get finisher medal and certificate. We're aiming for that. Wooohooo. =)
