Actually dari 1st day of January lagi, aku dah start berdiet lah kiranye. Akan tetapi, aku hanya citer yang hari bekerja je lah eh, sbb hari2 ni lah aku berjaya mengelakkan diri aku dari melantak nasik, mee and sbgnye yang sangat tinggi dgn karbohidrat. hahaha. *big grin*

Lunch - Gardenia Bilis Bun (1 piece) = 190kcal
Tea - Yogurt Calci-yum (2) - 67 x 2 = 134kcal & Sweetie Potato Bread = 168kcal
Dinner- Cendawan Goreng Tepung (sket je amik bg hilang kempunan)
Total = 726kcal + 3ookcal (budget kalori utk cendawan goreng tepung, hahaha) = 1026kcal

Lunch - Sushi (6 pieces) -35x6 = 210kcal
Tea - Chicken & Mushroom Pie (1 piece) = 300kcal
Dinner- Cendawan Goreng Tepung (sket je amik, sbb dalam hati dah cakap, aku tgh diet ni, takleh makan banyak2 sgt, hehehe.)
Total = 811kcal + 3ookcal (budget kalori utk cendawan goreng tepung, hahaha)=1111kcal
Actually, myself need 1600kcal per day to maintain my body weight. Definitely, i will consume less than 1600kcal to lose weight, hopefully, Insya Allah. =)
