8 more months to go! Sweats are all over!

8 more months to go. The clock is ticking fast. Shittttt! Sungguh menyeramkan. Bulan 2 yang lepas, baru lah aku menggerakkan jentera bersama dia utk survey and get some quotations from potential vendors of which we might be hiring for our solemnization and wedding reception (Rasa mcm nak tunda kawen pun ade, stress punye pasal).

During this month, both of us need to finalize the most important vendors (kene pk masak2 supaya tak menyesal bile dah buat keputusan muktamad and paid the deposit nnt), such as pelamin and deco dewan, gubahan hantaran, photographer, videographer, canopy, make up artist, and baju. Mcm benda2 yg aku sebutkan ni, my dad suruh i survey, he said he tak mampu nak buat sume benda seorg, sbbnye my mom is a little unwell and he needs to take care of my mom while my mom is at home. Catering i pass it to my parents to handle.

Solemnization and Wedding Venue: Hall (Booked and paid the deposit in May 2009).

Pelamin and Deco Dewan: Still surveying, i.e ArmaWeddingCouture, Kak Aida Debunga Gallery, Lynda Rahim, AriWeddingCouture, RassWeddings, RinsSuzana. Yang ni mmg tahap pening nak pecah kepala pikir. This part lah yang paling stress dlm byk2 yg berkaitan ngan wedding vendors ni. Keputusan muktamad harus la dibuat dlm bulan ini juga, klo boleh before 3rd week of March ni, bukannye ape, takut vendors2 ni dibook oleh bakal2 pengantin lain plak, dah melepas kitorg berdua.

Photographer: Dah survey mcm2, ie Avicenna, MyShots, GreenApple, RupaJiwa, JanggutTouch, and few others thru email. And rasa2nya kitorg mcm dah decide utk hire this potential photographer. Appointment dah pun dibuat, utk ketemu mereka this Saturday 06March2010. If mr fiance okayy dgn portfolio mereka, we'll proceed with the bookings. (Malas dah nak pikir, settle cepat lagi bagus, tak pening kepala.)

Videographer: MyShots, CST Production and etc. Tapi yang dah pegi jumpe is only CST, jumpe dgn En. Rosli, a nice man, and my fiance like the way he treats and layan customer. Yang MyShots, we tau their quotation thru email. Yang ni pun kitorg macam dah decide nak amik sape, tp belum depo je lagi. And still thinking whether to take only for solemnization or both. Kopak2. =(

Canopy: NSJ Event. Disebabkan aku mmg dah berangan2 lama dah nak canopy transparent tu since my engagement last year, tp hasrat itu tak kesampaian, sbb canopy camtu sesuai pakai malam je. By hook or by crook, harus aku dapatkannye for my wedding. Last year's plan, initially nak buat nikah kat rumah, tp tetiba bulan 1 haritu, my parents tetiba kata tak nak buat nikah kat umah (nasib aku bijak, aku book the hall for two days straight, hehehe). Aku dgn perasaan geram, tp tetap tak berputus asa, terus call NSJ Event ni, aku kata aku nak khemah satu yg transparent sekali dgn deco fairy lights and garden balls, i nak nikah bawah tu, hahaha. Gile kan? Sbb awal bulan 2, i ade mintak quotation utk 2 canopy transparent, 2 yang biasa utk kat umah. Pastu alih2 terpaksa tukar plan, nak 1 canopy transparent plus deco, platform and carpet. Kelakar plak dalam dewan ade canopy 20X20 transparent, tp aku peduli ape, dah aku yang nak sgt kan, lagipun duit kite sendiri. kekeke. Dah jumpe dorg and quotation pun dah dapat. Deposit je belum buat lg.

MakeUp Artist: Ayang Kamell (nikah) and Amy Janz (sanding). Deposit paid for both make up artist. Alhamdulillah, lega bab yang ni dah settle. Tak payah runsing2 lagi dah nak pk amik sape. BTW, this two makeup artist is recommended by my model friend. Thanks darlin'.

Baju: Tak sure lagi nak buat dgn siapa. Mungkin dgn Syomir Izwa, Syahrir Nurdin, RinsSuzana, ataupun tailor biasa je, klo dah malas nak pk sangat. hahaha.

Gubahan Hantaran: Amik yang sama mcm engagement dulu tu kot. Coz she's my dad's friend daughter in law. Punye lah keciknye dunia ni, we got to know about this pun, masa dia datang rumah buat sume gubahan2 tu for my engagement, bile berborak2 terbukalah citer.

Catering: InsyaAllah, we'll be meeting the caterer this Saturday to bincang2 the menu and the quotation. My mom and dad kata sedap caterer ni masak, ntah dorg pegi wedding sape and rasa masakan this caterer. Wallahualam, i tak pernah rasa. Apapun, i percaya my parents nye taste buds. Jamuan makan masa kenduri kawin biar sedap.

Ties from M&S

Actually, niat utk membelikan my sayang tie baru mmg dah lama ada. Tapi, co' yang dia kerja sblm ni (the 2nd co'), tak memerlukan dia utk memakai tie. So, hasrat itu terbantut laaa kan. Then, 'dia' has gotten his new job in one of the GLC company which requires him to wear ties daily (baru nak dekat sebulan kerja situ). Aku ni mmg sorg yang sgt suka tgk tie yang cantik2, klo bleh sume pun nak rembat (gile kan). Tie dia yg lama2 pun ade, tp kene lah tambahkan koleksi tie yang baru2 sket, barulahhh chunsss and bleh lah cycle of rotations tu lama lah sket kan. Oleh sbb itu, atas dasar tahniah dapat kerja baru and atas dasar aku mmg hantu tie, aku pun menghadiahkannyer 3 pasang ties lagi (actually 4 psg ties, yg lg satu tu lupe nak amik gambar, coz beli seminggu sblm beli yg 3 ni). Tie M&S byk juga yg lawa2 and murah sket, banding yg kat Isetan ke ape kan (anyway based on masing2nyer taste and preferences). He loves stripe ties, tu yg byk stripes tu. As for me, i tak kisah tie stripe ke tak, as long as, klo aku dah suka, aku beli je tanpa pikir panjang. He chose his ties (i pun sibuk tlg pilih kan gak), and seek for my opinions, whether ok ke tak (kene ade mutual agreement, hihihi), then i paid for it. Tp, dia ade cakap kat aku, dah lepas ni takmau beli yg stripe, collection stripe dah cukup, nak buat collection design2 yg lain plak (tau pun, dalam hati aku ckp, kekeke).

Tie2 ni klo tgk dpn2 mmg chuns. Guna camera hp je, tu yg cam kureng sket kan. =P

Anyway sayang, Congratulations on your new position in the GLC organization. Hope you like and love the ties that i bought for you as a gift (dgn harapan bile pakai tie2 ni, u akan igt i selalu). =)

The day, I turned to 26!

It was my 26th birthday, on the 26th Sept 2009 (Saturday). What we all did, were just a makan2 and had a good time together. Yeap, it's just a small celebration between the two of us (nothing to be proud about), as it is the 1st yr we celebrated as fiance, we loved to keep it more personal, that's what we are, ever since we're together 5 yrs back. I'm just so happyyyyyyyy. =D.

Back from JB

I'll be back from JB todayyy, InsyaAllah. Risaukan rumah yg telah ditinggalkan selama seminggu ni. Takutlah ape2 jadi kn (dahla byk barang berharga dalam umah), tu yang gagahkan balik hari ni jua, and lagi satu sbb my sayang nyer birthday is coming soon, this saturday. First time sambut her birthday as tunangan org (special sket nehh). Anyway, Selamat Hari Raya and Maaf Zahir Batin. Have a safe journey home, uols.

Buah Tangan untuk Bakal Mertua

Haaaaa, ni namanye takde kerjaaaa. hahaha. Ntah kenapa ntah, tetiba rajin nak wat deco kat tutup balang yang aku beli hanya 85sen sebalang from Bake with Yen. Ni sume kakak secretary ofis aku punye pasal lah ni, she taught me how to do it. By right, i'm not born with creative fingers. Berdehek lah jugak nak buat pada mulanya. Yelah tangan yang keras nak menghadap ngan benda2 sebegini rupa, maunye tak rasa nak patah pinggang. Benda2 yang memerlukan kekreativitian ni, biasanya aku suh/order org buat je, tak kosa eden nak membuatnye. =P

Actually, it has become a tradition for myself to give cookies for my BF's family for the past years since i started earning my own cents (selalunye bagi bulat2 bekas biskut yang aku order je, tapi tahun ni lain sket la, order byk2 jenis adalah dapat dalam 13 balang, nampak lah effort sket kat keluarga mertua kan). Why i didn't bake my own cookies? Sbbnye nnt tak makan (dh kenyang hidu masa bakar and mengadun cookies, dah byk kali terjadi mcm ni), yg keduanye, membazir (baiklah beli sahaja dalam 2 balang satu jenis, bahagi2kan sama rata utk sesape yang aku nak bg, penat pun tak sangat kannn). Beli biskut yang sedap and quality terjamin, kite tuan empunya membeli pun makan, klo buat sendiri, hmmm jawabnye mcmtu je lah rupanye dari awal raya sampai lah dah abis syawal, tak terluak. hahaha.

Gambar Coklat Oat, Samperit, Popia Simpul and Almond Rocher je takde dalam ni. Tak sempat nak amik, sbb bg my fiance Hari Khamis sblm dia pulang ke kampung pada malam itu juga.

I want a SLIMMER thighs and hips, please!

I've been dreaming to have a slimmer thighs and hips. Fuhhhh! Kalau nak tau, masa sebelum nak engaged, mmg gigihlah exercise guna stepper, skrg ni stepper tu terperuk je right after 15Aug2009 hari tu. hahaha. Bile lah aku akan rajin semula menggunakan stepper utk exercise hari2 eh? Harap2 lepas Ramadhan nnt, azam and tekad utk kurus lagi, masih ade dan terus kuat sampai lah dah kawin nnt yer. Yelah just imagine nnt by the time bulan April2010, i rasa dah kene siap2 tempah baju kat butik mana2 kan nnt. If not mistaken at least 6 months before majlis dah kene tempah, and dah tau theme color ape kan. Owhhh gosh, nak tempah baju kat siapa pun i tak tau lg ni, agak2 sape nyer design eh, affordable, cantik, kemas, terletak pada potongan badan and worthy with the price eh. Alamak tolong gueeee, sudah mula pening! =P

Balasan Dulang Hantaran for Merisik

Here are some foodies for balasan utk dulang hantaran for our merisik nnt, from me to him. =) One dulang for the Chocolate made in Italy while another dulang is for the pistachios and choco kurma. I asked my eldest sis to buy them in Dubai. 2 dulang dah settle, lagi 5 dulang utk letak yang lain2. Next2 post baru buat entry apekah isi2 di dalam sume2 dulang bile dah finalize and confirm nnt, semestinya semua makanan except sirih junjung, tapi sirih pun bleh makan ape kan, utk sesape yang sanggup makan lah, yang pada kebiasaannye ialah org2 tua. =P

Carrot Cake from Suanson

Korang penah rasa carrot cake from Suanson tak? I penah rasa dah cake ni masa keje kat Maxis dulu (free jek), and skrg keje kat bank ni, dalam masa sebulan ni, dah 2 kali dah beli carrot cake from Suanson. =P Cake2 lain i xpenah try, so tak sure sedap tak mcm carrot cake ni.

My review for this carrot cake are
1) very moist
2) byk walnut
3) price for half kg is rm25 / 1kg almost rm50, seingat i la.

Tapi carrot cake ni mmg sedap la. Even my mom and dad pun ckp sedap juga. Since dorg kata sedap, tu yang i beli for the 2nd time, half kg. Yang empat segi tu beli masa 1st time, suku kg je beli, takut tak termakan kan. =P

BTW, ade ke lagi carrot cake yang sedap selain dari Suanson ni eh?

Construction is still in PROGRESS!

Construction is still in progress. Dorang baru cat sekali je kot. Kene cat dua tiga kali baru lagi mengancam gamaknye. BTW, Cantik tak kaler cat umah ni? Mestilah cantik sbb kitorg dua pilih. Oooopsss, actually 'aku' yang pilih, myself nak colour lain pada awalnye, nasib ikut cakap my sayang, klo tak lagi lah lighter kaler umah ni kan yang! hahaha. Hopefully, by thursday rumah ni akan siap kot. Smlm contractor tu cakap esok siap, tapi bg dorg masa sampai thursday, and friday night baru leh buat bacaan yasin + solat kat umah ni. Tapi klo siap esok, means thursday da leh buat bacaan yasin dan sewaktu dgnnye. Yang penting before saturday ni la kan, sbb furniture for living hall akan sampai during valentine's day ni. =)

A Little Shopping for the New House

So, da lepas kekenyangan makan kat kg baru tu, kitorg pun pegi lah Jusco Alpha Angle (dgn harapan leh lah bakar calorie yang dah masuk td, hahaha), utk beli some necessary things and equipment for the new house. Tak penah2 kitorg shopping kat Jusco sampai penuh trolly. So, we all beli mop, pail, 4 pillows (these pillows are damn cheap and it's good quality though, sangat berbaloi membelinye at 70% disc), kettle, mugs, tea spoon. Pastu sambung beli penyapu, penyodok, jug, and sabun2 utk basuh toilet, lantai, pinggan mangkuk kat kedai lain. Tak leh beli byk2 sangat barang, sbb nnt contractor susah nak wat keje, they need more space. Beli yang mana perlu je dulu buat masa ni, pas dah abis renovation baru sambung beli keperluan2 lain. =)

It was the 2nd day after dapat kunci kan, so kerja2 pembersihan perlu dilakukan serta merta sbb dia da nak tido kat situ and nak angkut barang2nya sedikit demi sedikit day by day (tinggalkan barang yang besar2 je kat umah sewa, ie tilam, meja, locker P&C and few others utk diangkut dgn menggunakan lori nnt), almaklumlah nak merasa tido sorg2 kat umah sendiri tanpa gangguan org lain, lebih peaceful and selesa. Sapu all the habuk2 and kotoran2 yang ada, then do some mopping and cleaning for the house. Toilet pun kene cuci gak, nasib dua toilet je. ;P Lepas dah settle kerja2 pembersihan rumah ni sume, dia terus stay and tido kat umah ni, pegi umah sewa pun setakat nak pindah2kan barang je utk bawa ke rumah sendiri.

His Own House in KL

Rumah ni is located somewhere in KL, very near to Putra LRT (just a walking distance) and other amenities. It's a very strategic place and it's in the center of everything, u just name it. Why dia makes his decision to buy this house? It's after all a good investment (in terms of rental, the rental amount can go up to RM1.5K per month) and absolutely a good kick start to have his own property at the age of mid 20s without any help of pama sponsorship/downpayments (kudos!). For time being, he's gonna live alone, until we're hitched somewhere around end of this year or early next year! Sabar2 lah sket kan nak kawen tu, selesaikan satu2 urusan dulu. Alhamdulillah, his dream of having a house on his own and fully furnish before getting married, has yet becoming reality! Klo lah kitorg menggatal nak kawen dulu before having a house, kitorg rasa, takdelah at this 20s da ada rumah, silap2 mau sampai penghujung 30s kot, coz to raise a toodle to a kid is not cheap!

Skrg rumah ni on its renovation pace, nak cat colour baru for the whole house inclusive toilet, doors and grills, nak tukar plugs and switches, betul kan wiring mana yang tak betul, remove all the extra points yang bukan its original, and all of this costs him RM4.3K. The workers dah start keje since last Thurs, and skrg tgh cuti CNY and will resume their work this Sat. Hmm, estimated to complete the whole renovation by Sat, 7Feb2009. Insya Allah.

Half Day Leave and 1901 Hot Dog

I'm on half day leave today, then before aku nak balik kol 12.30pm td, my colleague asked me whether i want 1901 hot dog, coz a few of them will go down to queue for the hotdogs! (refer previous post). Aku pun ape lagi, kirim lah 2 biji hotdog 1901, sbb sblm balik umah, aku nak jumpe dia jap, dan aku kan sorg partner yang begitu ambil berat, ape2 pun mesti teringat utk dia (klo kebetulan nak jumpe lah kan, mesti ade belikan something esp food lah kan).

Actually i had a little quarrel with him yesterday, pastu dia punye lah perasan yang hotdog tu i belikan utk dia. Aku pun deny habis-habisan lah kan yang aku beli utk dia, padahal mmg utk dia pun, hati perempuan skjp je lembut, wpun smlm aku sket punye bengang kan. Dia pun dah masak ngan perangai aku, sampai tau hotdog2 tu mmg utk dia! (Tengokkkk sayang, walaupun i bengang sangat ngan u, tapi i still belikan u something tau tak! Betapa nye kasih and sayang i terhadap u ni, hihihi). Walaupun aku bengang ngan dia, dia bleh respons macam biasa je, tanpa meninggikan suara, pelik gak aku, sbb selalunye dia akan turut melenting, mungkin azam tahun baru kot utk berubah, kekeke! (pastu berpuluh2 sms aku hantar, dia still relax and tak mengamuk/marah2 kat aku masa call or sms), that shows he knows how to handle/play with my emotions. Tapi sakit gak hati kan bila SMS yang aku hantar tak berbalas, dalam 20sms aku hantar, dia hanya balas 2 jek, itupun SMS2 yang dia hantar, sedikit pun tak menunjukkan dia bengang ngan aku. kekeke.

So, ini lah 1901 hotdog yang aku beli tadi. Aku beli yang beef! Beef lagi sedap and manis rasanya kan! =P

Kunci Rumah Sendiri =)

InsyaAllah, within this week or early next week, dah bleh dapat kunci umah sendiri. YEAYYYYY! Excited sangat nak duduk umah sendiri ni, without housemates yang mcm2 perangai. Skrg ni klo umah kotor ke bersepah ke, sume sendiri yang punye pasal. (harap2 tak bersepah la kan, sbb dok sorg2 jek) Tak sabar nak shopping furniture and electrical goods together with my sayang. Survey dah buat byk kali dah, harap2 ada lagi lah barang2nye kan. hihihi. =)

Flexi Claims Closure for 2008

GOSHHHHH! I have another 10days more to submit my Flexi Claims Benefits for 4th Quarter (the final claim for year 2008), but to be exact there's only another 5 working days to go. And yesterday night only, I managed to dig all the non-taxable items receipts from my mom. I used to take my mom's or my dad's receipt since they shopped a lot on this non-taxable items per se, jimat duit aku, tak yah aku nak spend semata2 utk buat flexi claims kan, drpd dorg buang sume receipt tu, baik dorg bagi kat aku sume receipt tu kan, at least dapat lah aku memanfaatkan receipt2 tu. Pandai tak aku? ;P (my dad, my mom and my youngest sis yang byk beli vitamins, or any medication from pharmacy, tapi my mom yang byk simpan receipt) then claim the Flexi Points to cash for my own use which i will get in Feb2009 salary. hihihi. Boleh simpan lagi duit claim ni! :-)

Hari tu tak silap aku, in Sept08 lah kot(ade 4 kali in a calendar year can claim for flexi ni, so kene alert la, bile da ade email HR hantar tu, beringat lah kan), I dah submit dh claim on flexi ni hari tu, about rm700 plus. And this time the balance tinggal lagi above rm500 - rm1000. Jenuh nak kumpul receipt. (nasib baik lah family aku ni jenis yang mmg beli supplements, vitamins, or any medications kan, takdelah seksa sangat bile nak kumpul receipt tu, tp kene sentiasa ingatkan dorg lah supaya simpan sume receipt2 tu utk kesenangan aku. hahaha.)

Claim kali ni i'll only submit on the 30th December 2008, this tuesday (yes, i'm working on tue and wed, rajin tak saya? kekeke), coz today my youngest sis nak shopping lagi on her vitamins, medications, and even supplements nak bawak balik campus this weekend, I boleh dapat receipt lagi for FREE. hihihi. Coz 2008 receipt is only to be claimed for 2008 Flexi, tak leh nak bring forward or accumulate the receipt or the flexi points to the following year.

P/S: If i have extra receipts for Flexi, definitely nnt i bg u sket k sayang. I rasa mmg ade extra ni. Kite sama2 share k. Sharing is caring. Coz 'dia' pun has such benefits mcm aku ni. :P Alhamdulillah.

Kenapa Kasut Pig Skin Lining Cantik Designnye?

Asal kasut cantik je, mesti ade kulit bab*. Isk. Dissapointed betul. ;P

Especially kat ZARA, kasut kat butik dorg ni mmg cantik2 belaka, mmg suka la. Jarang lah nak ade collection kasut yang tak cantik. Even my other half pun ckp cantik. Our taste leh dikatakan sama gak on most things. :D

Kalo la tak de kulit bab*, mesti dh rembat dh kasut ni, although the price is almost RM400, which is RM389. Klo dh suka sgt dgn designnye, mmg xleh wat ape dh, andaikata bukan ber'pig skin lining', jwbnye dh hangus da RM400. :D
