Lampu-Lampu and Kipas

Aktiviti masa cuti Thaipusam hari tu, beli kipas, and lampu2 utk living hall je. Kipas beli kat Alfo kat SS2, and lampu2 tu sume beli kat kedai lampu kat DU.

Kipas ini steel colour. (ala2 silver gitu la)

Lampu yang bentuk 4 segi tu, beli 3 bijik, utk letak 2 kat living hall and 1 kat dining. Satu lampu tu RM248 nett. Kedekut ya amat cina tu takmau bagi disc wpun beli banyak, sbb katanya harga tu sekali dgn bulb tube, 3 bijik. Satu tu je dah RM25. What ever laaa kan. Klo ada kat kedai lain, mmg dah beli dah klo harga dorg lebih murah, tp dah survey kat banyak kedai lampu, mmg tak de yang mcm ni. Penat gak lah menyurvey dari satu kedai to another since last year. hahaha. End up beli gak kat kedai mahal ni. Isk!

So, total yang dibelanjakan utk lampu sahaja is RM814, utk kipas RM258. Insya Allah, bile ade rezeki nnt, nak tukar lampu kat sume bilik and kat centre antara bilik2 plak, dalam 4 bijik lagi ke (sbb dia dah fall in love with that lampu, bile dah pasang kat umahnye, rasa cam cantikkk sangat). At the moment, furnishing kat living and dining hall lah, yang kene tip top dulu. hehehe. That is the main priority! Ye laaa, takkan nnt furniture sket nye cun and mahal, tapi pakai lampu kalimantang and kipas biasa jek. hahaha. Mau kene perli ngan org yang berkunjung nnt. *Eh takkan takde duit nak tukar kipas and lampu kot, yang lain2 cukup gempakk!* Itulah mulut orang, susah nak tutup.

All the switches kat umah tu, sumenye ditukar with this simtone switches. Utk satu umah costnye about RM800 plus, tp ni byr kat contractor lah, sbb they get a cheaper price. Fuhhhhh, sungguh laju pengaliran wang berlaku! Tapi we chose white colour, since dinding dah cat grey in colour kan, klo amik silver mcm tak cun lah plak. ;P

Finally, Rumah dah siap!

Finally, rumah dah siap sume painting, wiring and etc last saturday. Ingat rabu atau khamis bleh siap sumenye, tapi delay gak, sampai lah ke sabtu(dia tarik nafas lega), mana taknye 2 org je keje, bos and kuli. Buttt, hari jumaat malam sabtu tu, teruskan je plan asal, still buat bacaan yasin and solat maghrib plus isyak. In between solat maghrib and isyak, pas dah yasin, makan skjp, coz one of them nak balik, ade hal sket kol 9pm.

Sepatutnye, furniture for living hall sampai on the 14th February tu, tapi terpaksa postpone ke 21 February, this coming Sat, sbb rumah tak siap sepenuhnye lagi masa 14th tu. Bile dah nak dekat kol 8 malam 14th, baru settle sumenye, so mmg tak dapat lah buat delivery furniture hari tu jugak, sbb nak mop and bersihkan segalanye lagi kan, sume tu amik masa nak wat. Nak tak nak, have to postpone juga. (dia dah bengang dah time tu, coz plan asalnya dah lari, ikutkan this 21st, dia nak balik JB jumpe mak kesayangan, tapi terpaksa tunda to 28Feb2009)

Construction is still in PROGRESS!

Construction is still in progress. Dorang baru cat sekali je kot. Kene cat dua tiga kali baru lagi mengancam gamaknye. BTW, Cantik tak kaler cat umah ni? Mestilah cantik sbb kitorg dua pilih. Oooopsss, actually 'aku' yang pilih, myself nak colour lain pada awalnye, nasib ikut cakap my sayang, klo tak lagi lah lighter kaler umah ni kan yang! hahaha. Hopefully, by thursday rumah ni akan siap kot. Smlm contractor tu cakap esok siap, tapi bg dorg masa sampai thursday, and friday night baru leh buat bacaan yasin + solat kat umah ni. Tapi klo siap esok, means thursday da leh buat bacaan yasin dan sewaktu dgnnye. Yang penting before saturday ni la kan, sbb furniture for living hall akan sampai during valentine's day ni. =)

Our Dream TV Console

This one is our dream TV console. =P . Akan tetapi kitorg tak suka kaler ni. We prefer walnut color instead. Color yang dalam gambar ni is zebrano, klo nak walnut, kene place order la.

And we've been eye-ing this since last year, so finally we made our decision to just grab it (without thinking any further, walhal sbnrnye dah lama sangat pk kan) together with our dream sofa yang kat previous post below. hehehe. Gedebak gedebuk habis dalam RM6K just for the living hall. Sekejapan je cash habis time tu. Now, we only have to wait for both of the our dream become reality sofa and tv console to arrive on the Valentine's Day itself. =)

Our 'dream' SOFA. We love the design, the color, the feel of comfort once we put our ass on it. =P Simply lovable, isn't it! Trust us, you'll never want to move your ass off from such a comfy sofa as this one. Sofa kat ikea pun kalah. kekeke.

We really want it, definitely we really want it! hehehe. It will become reality, one fine day within this month! It's all because

We've already made the purchase on 25Jan2009 and just waiting for the delivery. Weeeeeeeeee! Can't wait and can't believe this is for real!

A Little Shopping for the New House

So, da lepas kekenyangan makan kat kg baru tu, kitorg pun pegi lah Jusco Alpha Angle (dgn harapan leh lah bakar calorie yang dah masuk td, hahaha), utk beli some necessary things and equipment for the new house. Tak penah2 kitorg shopping kat Jusco sampai penuh trolly. So, we all beli mop, pail, 4 pillows (these pillows are damn cheap and it's good quality though, sangat berbaloi membelinye at 70% disc), kettle, mugs, tea spoon. Pastu sambung beli penyapu, penyodok, jug, and sabun2 utk basuh toilet, lantai, pinggan mangkuk kat kedai lain. Tak leh beli byk2 sangat barang, sbb nnt contractor susah nak wat keje, they need more space. Beli yang mana perlu je dulu buat masa ni, pas dah abis renovation baru sambung beli keperluan2 lain. =)

It was the 2nd day after dapat kunci kan, so kerja2 pembersihan perlu dilakukan serta merta sbb dia da nak tido kat situ and nak angkut barang2nya sedikit demi sedikit day by day (tinggalkan barang yang besar2 je kat umah sewa, ie tilam, meja, locker P&C and few others utk diangkut dgn menggunakan lori nnt), almaklumlah nak merasa tido sorg2 kat umah sendiri tanpa gangguan org lain, lebih peaceful and selesa. Sapu all the habuk2 and kotoran2 yang ada, then do some mopping and cleaning for the house. Toilet pun kene cuci gak, nasib dua toilet je. ;P Lepas dah settle kerja2 pembersihan rumah ni sume, dia terus stay and tido kat umah ni, pegi umah sewa pun setakat nak pindah2kan barang je utk bawa ke rumah sendiri.

His Own House in KL

Rumah ni is located somewhere in KL, very near to Putra LRT (just a walking distance) and other amenities. It's a very strategic place and it's in the center of everything, u just name it. Why dia makes his decision to buy this house? It's after all a good investment (in terms of rental, the rental amount can go up to RM1.5K per month) and absolutely a good kick start to have his own property at the age of mid 20s without any help of pama sponsorship/downpayments (kudos!). For time being, he's gonna live alone, until we're hitched somewhere around end of this year or early next year! Sabar2 lah sket kan nak kawen tu, selesaikan satu2 urusan dulu. Alhamdulillah, his dream of having a house on his own and fully furnish before getting married, has yet becoming reality! Klo lah kitorg menggatal nak kawen dulu before having a house, kitorg rasa, takdelah at this 20s da ada rumah, silap2 mau sampai penghujung 30s kot, coz to raise a toodle to a kid is not cheap!

Skrg rumah ni on its renovation pace, nak cat colour baru for the whole house inclusive toilet, doors and grills, nak tukar plugs and switches, betul kan wiring mana yang tak betul, remove all the extra points yang bukan its original, and all of this costs him RM4.3K. The workers dah start keje since last Thurs, and skrg tgh cuti CNY and will resume their work this Sat. Hmm, estimated to complete the whole renovation by Sat, 7Feb2009. Insya Allah.

And the SURPRISE is!!!

KUNCI RUMAH dah dapat last friday night before dia jumpa aku! Means dia dah boleh duduk umah sendiri sorang2! Mmg dia dah rasmikan pun duduk umah tu, tapi on saturday lah, lepas dah buat some clean up kan. Aku sangat seronok melihat dia happy! Patutlah dia sanggup datang ke rumah aku, rupa2nya ade udang di sebalik batu ye! Pastu dia call aku dari dalam toilet rumah tu, sbb tak mau bg aku dengar bunyi2 berdengung, sbb rumah kosong kan, pastu rumah tinggi plak tu! hihihi. Aku pun dapat agak dah, sbb tetiap hari aku tanye dah dapat kunci ke blum, asyik cakap tak dapat je, rupanya nak surprise kan i ye sayang? ;P Anyway, I'm definitely happy for you dear, it has now become a reality! =)

Kunci Rumah Sendiri =)

InsyaAllah, within this week or early next week, dah bleh dapat kunci umah sendiri. YEAYYYYY! Excited sangat nak duduk umah sendiri ni, without housemates yang mcm2 perangai. Skrg ni klo umah kotor ke bersepah ke, sume sendiri yang punye pasal. (harap2 tak bersepah la kan, sbb dok sorg2 jek) Tak sabar nak shopping furniture and electrical goods together with my sayang. Survey dah buat byk kali dah, harap2 ada lagi lah barang2nye kan. hihihi. =)
